Shipping & Returns


Once you have placed your order we will process and aim to ship within 2-3 working days. All our shipments are tracked to avoid delays and you should receive your parcel within 5 working days. 

During this time we are still running as normal with our regular dispatch times, however, we have noticed delays with couriers due to the lack of staff and affected areas. We will do everything we can on our side to work towards you getting your orders in good time.


Unfortunately during covid 19, we are not able to accept returns due to hygiene reasons, we can only apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We strongly advise you to read the product description in full before purchasing. If you have any queries please do feel free to contact us first. We aim to respond within 24hrs

We will review these terms as and when possible in line with the current national guidance. 

Due to the nature of these products and for the safety of all children we strictly do not accept returns or exchange of items unless at our error or fault. 

No amendments are guaranteed once the order is placed with us.
We will amend wherever possible. 

All queries in relation to any aspect of your order need to be disputed within 14 days of the delivery date.

No products are exchangeable after 30 days of the delivery date. Under any circumstances. 

Please double-check the products sent at purchase. It is no fault of our own if an error is made and products cannot be replaced.
